Watefall in Langdalselva, Alteidet 102 moh.

Directly from Alteidet Camping you can go for a great walk to the waterfall in Langdalselva. This is the perfect outdoor trip for those who want to go out into nature, but don't want to spend too much time hiking. 

The hike starts at the community center at Alteidet (gray building by the bridge) and continues up the road past the waterhouse. The hike then goes on a path that stretches up over the mountain. The trip to the waterfall is only 650 meters each way (about 1 km each way from the campsite), but again gives you a wonderful nature experience with its beautiful nature and clear and clean river. 

The waterfall is a great sight, especially during the flood season in the spring, but also a great swimming spot in the summer. Perfect trip to take the kids on.
